Trying to add RDS Session Hosts to the Deployment Server List on the RDS Server.

I'm finding with some hosts, I am getting the error " Failed:  Could not get the health information of the server servername.domain.local in the allocated time."  These are Windows 2016 servers.

I have confirmed that the FW ports are open bidirectional for RDS (port 5985 and 3389). I have also checked and there is no delay on ping and it's literally 2 hops one way, 3 the other.

Thoughts?  Thanks in advance.
