Hide/Disable Windows 10 Drive Tools

How can I disable or Hide altogether Window Explorer - Manage - Drive Tools, or at the very least the Format Option for Standard Users.  I have no issue with it appearing for Admins, but why would MS make that display for Standard User accounts?!

@Kimputer: not quite. It depends, what drive type you have in front of you. Removable drives (like usb sticks or external hard drives) may be formatted by any user. Only fixed drives require admin permissions. To make this even worse: some fixed drives are incorrectly detected as removable due to bugs in the controller drivers.

@Daniel: what drive type are you trying to protect?

Thank you both.  The UI worries me, but now I have peace of mind.
