Hi Bill, Gave it a go. Seems to grab CTRL+C ok. But, can't get it to remove linbreaks. &nbsp;Here's what I have for the settings. What do you think I should change? &nbsp;Seems to be about Triggers? Here's what I did that seemed to work. &nbsp;But going through the process not sure this is nice and easy / simple... 
 
Open the Settings panel.

You should see the macro listed there, with your hotkey. &nbsp;Click OK. 
 
Now do a test. &nbsp;I went in to Notepad, created a few lines of text with a few blank lines in between some of them, selected all, copied with CTRL + C, then ran the macro with CTRL + -, and then pasted back into Notepad with CTRL + V. &nbsp;And the blank lines were gone. 
 
Haven't tried with Word yet... 
 
And I also disabled that item you were looking at above, the Trigger that did the scrubbing, I didn't think I wanted that being done every time I copied something, but didn't spend too much time on that feature. 
 
Let me know how it goes, sorry this one is nice and simple, seems to be powerful, but a bit bloated with features.

Seems to work in Word, although it does automatically paste at the end of the CTRL + - macro, which might be okay. &nbsp;Could be adjust in that macro code I imagine if not wanted...

Many more keys than you might think are used by the Windows OS. &nbsp;Did you try CTRL+-? &nbsp;Meaning control key and then a dash/hyphen. &nbsp;That worked for me, just trying to do an apples to apples check. 
 
I think that macro that we are working with does indeed remove the line breaks and then do a paste when you press the hotkey assigned to it.

I think I may have been confused, or just lost track of the requirement across the three questions. &nbsp;As I look at the macro code we are using, it removes blank lines. &nbsp;It doesn't remove line feeds at the end of real lines and wrap them together though, which it sounds like is what you want. 
 
If that is what you want, when do you want a new line to start, or would that be never. &nbsp;Like in your example, You had two &quot;paragraphs&quot; selected, would you want them to paste as two lines of text? &nbsp;The only way I can see to do that would be move to a new line anytime there is a blank line in the source text. 
 
Or would you want to remove all line feeds and let it all merge together into one long sentence?
