Remove missing/dead Exchange Server

Remove missing/dead Exchange Server

Helping a client upgrade their Exchange 2010 server to 2016.
Looks like somewhere in the past they had another Exchange server or one used during a migration that was not completely removed properly.
Get a pop-up when launching Exchange 2010 MMC that the other server (Exchange2) is out of licenses and not reachable.
Also see a secpmd Public Folder DB that is on Exchange2 listed as unknown.

Question I want to confirm/validate the process to remove Exchange2:

ADSI Edit
CN=Configuration [domain] → CN=Services → CN=Microsoft Exchange → CN=[organization] → CN=Administrative Groups → CN=Servers
Delete CN=Exchange2

CN=Configuration [domain] → CN=Services → CN=Microsoft Exchange → CN=[organization] → CN=Administrative Groups → CN=Databases
Delete  CN=Public Folders   (Making sure to delete the correct Public Folder db!)

Remove Server from Exchange Servers & Trusted Subsystems AD Groups.

Sound correct?  Missing anything?
Anything I need to do in the MMC to remove the pop-ups or will they go away?

Cheers

Turns out this is even more of a mess.
Exchange02 is a 2010 Server that is no more.

Also appears to be an old 2003 Exchange Server still hanging around.  It's not listed in the Exchange Server groups like Exchange2, but it is in ADSI Edit.
Do I need to also remove the 2003 Server & the whole First Admin Group?
