Hello,<br><br>As long as the samaccount IDs are unique, it shouldn't be an issue.The idea is to have one single AADConnect server syncing from different domains. For AAD Connect, its not mandatory to have AD Trust. Its mandatory to have network connectivity to the domain controllers of different domain, service account for each domain with respective permissions.<br><br>But you should also consider how the authentication should happen. If ADFS is in place, then I believe AD Trust is required to get the authentication done for all different domain from single ADFS Farm. Pass-through authentication also required AD trust. Password hash doesn't need AD trust.<br><br>Cheers!&nbsp;

He wants the other two new companies on the same tenant, keeping their original domains.<br />

Can I install the AD sync tool on each of the new DCs and sync their user accounts with the single tenant? And then put each of the exchange servers into hybrid mode and migrate mailboxes?<br />
