Hello, I wanted to clarify a bit what you are asking for.<br><br>Are you asking for a way to remotely access and control someone's iPhone or Android phone from your computer?<br><br>For example:<br>Customer A needs you to install an app and connect it to their account.<br>You use an app on your computer to connect to A's phone and install the app and set it up.<br>You get back to A and say they are good to go.

Remote access to iphone and/or android for support help - is there a reliable ap ? pref free?
