Windows Services are not stating up- Event id 7024

Services are not starting up and multiple 7024 event id are seen

You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
PTV xRoute Server 1.28.0.1

The description for Event ID 7024 from source Service Control Manager cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

in your screenshot it shows a netlogon error - thats going to be the important one....

is there a way to find out the services names from the event id.  it just shows source service control manager. Thanks

is there a way to find out the services names from the event id.

likely irrelevant.  having group policy and netlogon errors will cause a domino effect for different services
fix those errors first and see how it looks
