Are you sure they are truly duplicates and not multiple sends of different emails with same content? &nbsp;I know I used to get spam on my Yahoo email account and every day (sometimes more frequent) I would get multiple copies of the same &quot;spam&quot; type email, but they were indeed multiple sends, not true duplicates of a single email.<br />

If you aren't using IMAP you probably should be, unless you have a reason not to do that?<br />

Lastly, here's another tool you can use to weed out duplicate emails. &nbsp;It has a free version, and then a paid version with extra features. &nbsp;The site has many Outlook utilities, a good one to save for future reference...<br />

I upgraded from Outlook 2016 to Outlook 2019 several months ago and everything has been fine. &nbsp;This morning when I checked my email, I noticed duplicate (sometimes triplicate) email in my Inbox. &nbsp;I tried the Clean up tool in Outlook and it did not work. &nbsp;My Outlook is configured to use my yahoo email address. &nbsp;I do not have an email account with Microsoft. &nbsp;How can I remove the duplicate email and prevent them from coming back?
