License issue in Call Manager
With everyone working from home I have enabled Jabber profiles and now I am getting a licensing error.
However, if I look at the users it says i am entitled to 2 enhanced level devices. The users all have 2 enhanced, they have CSF devices and also either a TCT or BOT Device.
Can anyone tell me what i am missing. When I look at my US Cluster I am not getting this licensing error.

Hello thanks for the comment i figured i had over run my license count but was wondering if having a CSF and a TCT profile at the same time was causing the issue.
My US and UK clusters are all under the same cisco licensing so i don't understand why my UK one is over subscribed at 53 when the US has 81 and thats fine.
I guess the only thing i can do it look at my Smart Software Manager and see what the license limit is.
It would be handy if it showed me in Call Manager how much I was over subscribed by.

Out of Compliance:
The License Pool does not have sufficient licenses to support the current license usage across all devices in the pool. In most cases, this means that the product will continue to function normally but will send notifications that there are not enough licenses.
