I am somewhat confused.<br />
The last time I wanted to run PHP the Experts had me install IIS 7.5 Express on my Windows 7 machine.<br />
So now that I have Windows 10 I don't need to install any other IIS ?<br />

You want to run PHP.... and last time, on your Windows 7 machine, you installed IIS express.

If you want IIS on Windows 10, you install the IIS 10 windows component, that sounds like it has been done.... thats all there is too it.
