else you can use a timer and check every 100ms or less/more<br />

couldnt I add an event listener to the element so that when the elements top left are at 0 or to that effect? When it does then it calls for a function?<br>Dont know, just asking

Call a function in javascript  when a <section> is in view meaning its top left corner x& y coordinates
are = to 0

check x y coordinates on top left element corner that is in view
