Create Office 365 Flow to automate copying files/folders between two SharePoint sites in the same tenant

I have two sharepoint sites, One is active and changing constantly and the other one is passive and will need users to see it whenever files change on it.

I would like to create a Power Automate flow on Office 365 that would automate the process of copying all folders initially, then copy all files and folders whenever they change to the passive site.

I tried to do this but I keep getting path errors. I am not familiar with Power Automate. I would appreciate if someone can direct me on this.

Thank you
