Excel: Formula: Validate Values In Range Are Same
What 'NON array' formula do I need to validate all cells in a range are the same. (Null, space and any value can go in this range.)
Example1: Formula should say: "Values the same"

B1: 20
C1:
D1:
E1: 20
F1:
Example2: Formula should say: "Values not the same"
A1:
B1: 20
C1:
D1:
E1: 20
F1: 5
