Search an SQL Server database for a specific string

Hi there,

Does anyone have a quick SQL Server stored procedure/script that will allow me to search an entire database for a string and then the output will show the exact table and column of where that string is?

We're trying to review an SQL Server database for how everything is stored.

Thanks in advance!
