Why does Outlook not work?

I have Office 365 installed on several computers.   All are running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.   Suddenly, I get a send/receive error on one of them.   I did AVG antivirus, quick repair, then more advanced repair, then uninstalled and reinstalled Office.   Outlook works fine on the other computers.   Still get the error message.

Try with another user account, maybe it's linked to one account only, not the PC or Outlook itself.
Are there any details to the error?  Check the second tab.
You can try deleting the Outlook profile (Start>Settings>Control Panel (legacy)).  Look for the Mail icon, launch it and delete the Outlook profile(s) listed.  Then, go into C:\users\<user>\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook and C:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\microsoft\outlook. Rename them to outlook_old.  Restart Outlook and re-setup settings for the e-mail server and re-test.
Have you tried to uninstall AVG antivirus?

I tried uninstalling AVG but it made no difference.   I restored from an Acronis backup and Outlook ran normally for a while, but then asked me for my password.   it rejected the password.
It seems to lose connection with the server, then asks me to login again.   Does that make any sense?
I have Office 365 installed on several computers.

Are the computers cloned from a single image? Join to a domain network?
They are joined to a domain.   I installed Windows on each one separately with a unique product key.   I used a Windows download image.
