Office 365 Teams notification fine tuning

Hello fellow experts,

I have a MS Teams question related to notifications. Is there any way to flash the icon in the taskbar without popping up a notification in the lower-right hand corner of Windows? I would want this to apply to all new chats in a certain channel along with mentions, replies, etc.
