sub folder to have full permission to a specific team

Dear Experts
We have windows 2016 domain controller, for a folder and its subfolders and files for the Team 1 read and write permission is set and for team 2 set read permission for the parent folder and now the requirement is to create the folder “ project29” under the same parent folder but for this subfolder and project29 and its subfolders and files team 2 should have read and write access.
please note
1.      team1 will have full access on parent and all subfolders
2.      team 2 for the parent folder read only but for project2 folder and its subfolder to have read and write.
Tried setting permission to project29 for team2 sharing as full and security also as full but they are not able to make any edit or create folders, also tried removing inheritance and set permission only to this but still not working can you please help with steps, thanks in advance.
