An intermittent error to random users. Error - "the published resource is not available currently".
The application works fine internally, but the issue occurs when accessed through Netscaler.

Are there some messages within director? -- Citrix XenApp 6.5, No Edgesight. So we couldn’t see any message in any monitoring tool.
Do you try to start the app from a browser or citrix client? --Browser
If you end and restart the workspace client ... you are able to start the app? --Yes
- how many users do have this problem? --All. But random
- how many locations have this problem? –Multiple Locations
- is a firewall placed between client and NetScaler? --Yes, ports 1494,2598 open
- is DTLS activated at NetScaler (does the problem exist with DTLS deactivated?) ?-- Will have to test
