Exchange EAC Authentication Problem

I am working on importing a new SSL certificate into my exchange server 2013.  I imported a certificate and applied it to the smtp service.  After I applied it, I can no longer log into the EAC interface.  However, I am still able to authenticate to OWA.  I need to install a different certificate, as the one that is now showing in OWA is an old one that has been revoked.  FYI.  We revoked it about 2 weeks ago.  So, evidently when I installed the new certificate I mistakenly grab an old one.

However during this process, I think I broke something, because I can no longer log into EAC.  Any thoughts?

I can get to ECP https://localhost/ecp/?exchclientver=15 but it won't authenticate.  I have verified and tried a couple users and password, even reset password in AD.  However, when I try to authenticate into exchange administrator, it just refreshes the screen without any errors about the password, or user.  No message at all.

Are you getting any error when you enter password?
Like incorrect username and password

Non.  The screen just refreshs and leaves the username, but not password.  No other indications.  I am thinking it has to do with the bindings in IIS

Thanks for the help.  You pointed me in the right direction.  The fix was going into IIS and binding the old certificate back to the https port 444.  Then from administrator cmd prompt, I ran IISReset.  It is now authenticating again.

Thanks.sb

You should use Self signed certificate not 3rd party certificate in "Exchange Back end" Website with port 444.
You can check the screenshot above.
