Hi, this step has already been done, no issues were found
Robert

I have seen that happen when a print driver was corrupted.
You could try removing all printers and adding printers back in.

Is it possible to run System Restore?

Is it possible to replace HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MMC\SnapIns key from the working computer?

I've also read that enabling .NET 3.5 might sometimes help.

printer drivers have already been removed, system restore is the last option that I am going to try.
McKnife

If printer drivers had been removed, that would mean no printer was installed, anymore.

Uninstall printers, reinstall one by one with current drivers and test. If no better, run an in-place upgrade of windows.
