Optiplex 3020, running Windows 10<br />

Had to replace a HD &amp;&nbsp;reinstall OS &amp;&nbsp;have no LAN adapter present.<br />
<br />
It shows as enabled in the BIOS<br />
<br />
Driver installed with no error messages<br />
<br />
Plugging in a cable shows activity, yellow &amp;&nbsp;green lights flashing<br />
<br />
Nothing present under device manager or in network connections<br />
<br />
Not sure if this was an issue previously, as I was given computer with no HD &amp;&nbsp;told to re-purpose it.<br />

Any suggestions?<br />
