I'm assuming that you're IT support and Skype for Business is not an approved software package at your location.<br />

Skype is very difficult to block by traditional network firewalling of ports or even domain names. &nbsp;It's very aggressive at reaching the internet and will worm around nearly anything you throw in its way.<br />
<br />
In this situation I'd push a script to each system, have the script check to see if Skype is installed, and if so then change protection on the executable so that nobody but Administrators can access the file. &nbsp;This will prevent both use and reinstallation. &nbsp;It will also cause no end of consternation among users who have installed it on their systems; they will call to have you solve the problem for them, and at that time you can give them a lecture about installing unauthorized software.
