Error 2522

Hello Experts,

I am getting run time error 2522 when i run the codes to upload data to a table. any help is appreciated.
e-Database---Copy-1.1-12_apr_2020.zip

An excel file i think is needed to perform the upload.
It would be helpful to show the exact point the code fails.
