well -- it does not work... I tried... It actually sends the characters that you see on the Base64 column. Thos characters are gibberish.<br><br>It looks that it is windows that is forcing the usage of "ASCII" although , ideally I should have "UNICODE" as the REST interface does accept unicode.<br>So changing windows 10 to accept unicode could be the solution; then I could send a proper string. But how to?

On my ms/access vba I am using a REST interface that, for some reason is destroying all accented characters. It is perfectly working, with this exception. I am using services from Vonage / Nexmo, and they tell me that the message is already destroyed before arriving to their servers.<br />
