Replacement for portfolio feature in Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro

We have been using the portfolio feature in Acrobat 9 Pro to compile multiple PDFs into one neat container.  We like the fact that we can have multiple folders and the folders have thumbnail images of the individual PDFs in each folder.  Since Acrobat no longer supports the portfolio feature, what is a good alternative which will allow us to drop PDFs into multiple folders with a good user interface?
