Dual external monitors not working at teleworking site (home) via KVM switch.
I have a Dell Latitude 7290 that is normally docked at the office with 2 external monitors. I have set up a KVM switch at home with my desktop and dual monitors. I cannot get the second monitor to detect on the Dell Laptop. (It is extending the screen to one the monitors, but not both.
What KVM switch(es) do you have? How is it wired up?

Its a dual port Monitor KVM HDMI+VGA I have it hooked up with the multi cables that it came with.
So 1xHDMI monitor, 1xVGA monitor, keyboard and mouse into the KVM switch. 2 output cables HDMI/USB) to the desktop and another to my laptop.
I have no issue swtiching between computers. just the second monitor is not detected at all when I switch to the laptop. Additional,
I even tried an HDMI/USB-C adapter- with no change in results.

Without the model number it's pretty much guesswork, Are Aten tech support no use?
