SCCM Client install

SCCM Client install

I have pushed SCCM Client to  a remote computer.
Physically the client is installed I can see the ccmsetup folder and files on the remote computer:

However in SCCM console it does not show as installed

Any idea ?

another option is to check the boundaries.  if the client is installed but it falls outside the boundry it will never show up in the console.  check your boundary groups and check the ip con the end pc.

net stop ccmexec
ren "C:\Windows\SMSCFG.ini" SMSCFG_old.ini
certutil –delstore SMS SMS (*Note: or manually delete if doing remotely)
net start ccmexec


Certutil:  I get error : the system cannot find the file specified

I guess it is disk space issue

I extended Disk space on the client then pushed the client from SCCM and got it  installed.
CCMSETUP.LOG  located under c:\windows\ccmsetup\logs , is a good place to check why the client is not installing.
