Black Background when Using RDP. However it is Blue through v client
Hello Experts ,
I have created a new virtual Machine ( windows server 2016 Standard ).. when I Use Remote Desktop to connect to this machine the background become black . However , If use v client to connect to same machine the background is normal which the default blue one .
I have tried some works around like changing resolution or display or registry but non of them worked .
Any help Please

The RDP Client is set to disable the Background.

This is expected behavior if you don't enable a desktop background.
A control over the desktop background can be also set in GPO.
Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Remote Desktop Services -> Remote Desktop Session Host -> Remote Session Environment -> Enforce Removal of Remote Desktop Wallpaper
