And make sure that the computer is turned on. And if yes, reboot it and try again.

Check if the computers you are trying to connect to didn't turn to a PUBLIC Network. These don't allow RDP by Default.<br />
The Picture below shows a computer set with it's connection as DOMAIN. Check the ones you can't connect to.<br />

Since today i can't login to certain computers in the domain.<br />
The message says, that the user should have the right for remote access.<br />
Everything was all right until today.<br />
The user is member of´ the remote desktop user group.<br />
The user can login on other computers.<br />
I can't even login as domain administrator or local administrator on the computer in case.<br />
I checked the GPO - all right.<br />
I can login on other computers without any problems.

No RDP on certain Computers
