No RDP on certain Computers

Since today i can't login to certain computers in the domain.
The message says, that the user should have the right for remote access.
Everything was all right until today.
The user is member of´ the remote desktop user group.
The user can login on other computers.
I can't even login as domain administrator or local administrator on the computer in case.
I checked the GPO - all right.
I can login on other computers without any problems.

Verify that the port is open:
telnet <computername> 3389

And make sure that the computer is turned on. And if yes, reboot it and try again.
Check if the computers you are trying to connect to didn't turn to a PUBLIC Network. These don't allow RDP by Default.
The Picture below shows a computer set with it's connection as DOMAIN. Check the ones you can't connect to.
