AD sync between existing AD and office365
got a server 2012. got AD accounts
got a office 365- with different passwords to AD passwords
now if i want to install a ad sync between 2 ? is there any recommended way i should do it ?
if i install AD sync in server, will it change the office365 passwords to AD password ? ?

existing office365 user(password-xxx)
existing AD (password-yyy)
once AD connect sync is setup. - on the first sync, will the office365 user password change to (yyy) ????
or will it wait till AD user changes the password next time to (zzz) then when next sync- it changes office365 user to zzz . ???
in short- whether the password will sync straight away, or will it wait for ad user to change next time and then the password sync happens ?

Default sync time is 30 minutes.
If there are not any issue, password should be synced.

how do I select just one to sync between 2 in AD connect sync ?
