Cannot see application on screen
I don't think this is a WhatsApp issue. It seems like a Windows issue. I¨'ve seen this several times... Usually killing all processes or reboot help. Sometimes the reinstallation is needed.

Paul, on your comments, there is a taskbar icon and it is indicating that it is running. I followed your suggestion as i also thought it was off of the screen, but there is no "move" selection.
On Hello's comments I did reboot the computer, killed all processes, Uninstalled Whatsapp, and even used a program called "registarHomev8 to remove (hopefully) all instances from the registry. I then downloaded a fresh copy of the installation file and re-installed but it still acts the same. I am going to try another thing I just thought of now, and that is to set up a new account and see if it will run on that.

Setting up another account fixed the issue. Thanks you both for helping me with this issue
If there is a taskbar icon, it may be the application was moved or spawned off-screen. In that case, right-click on the taskbar icon, select "Move", then use the arrow keys to move it a little. After that it will snap to the mouse pointer, so you can just move the mouse and the window will appear wherever the mouse is.
