I would recommend that for production use that you consider Citrix Profile Management (free with your license) or Microsoft FSLogix (free with your RDS CALs). If you keep the user's profile on the server's C drive and (from other questions of yours) you use MCS, when you reboot the server, the user's profiles are gone. They may not like that!
