I believe I'm stuck. When I go to Group Policy Management I get a message saying I must log in with a domain user account. If I go to Active Directory Users and Computers to create this domain user I get a message that says I have to log on with domain administrative rights.

Even though I'm logged in as admin and using the cmd prompt as admin, I can't make changes bc they are greyed out. What do I need to do so these options are not greyed out?
