Programs to assist in Management of IT

I am an IT Manager who is very hands on as well and not only do I Manage the IT Equipment in the company but I am the first go to for any troubleshooting.
What programs may be beneficial to me that would help me have my thumb as it were on the IT Equipment in the company, the network information in connection with that equipment, IT Asset tracking and perhaps troubleshooting history, Vendor and Supplier information and so forth?
Any paid for programs that are installed on premise would be appreciated as well.

Thanks Adelaido. I can't seem to find the Windows installer for snipeitapp?
Is it only available for Unix OS?

Its not going to be a simple windows installer you will need to configure it. Since it does require php, web, and small database.
But they do have instructions on how to install it in a windows machine: https://snipe-it.readme.io/docs/requirements
