Hi:
What are the best ways of learning how to customize (i.e. how to program) Microsoft Teams?
I heard that this app sits on the Angular and TypeScript programming languages. But, I know nothing about programming Teams beyond this.

As this is a bit obscure area as of now (Once it gets popular, you will find tons of books and tutorials on them). In my opinion though, if you understand web apps properly, you should not have any issues whatsoever in getting started with Teams.
