Is it possible to make font smaller?

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC - when we fill in a form with "fill-in style" fields, it seems there is no way to adjust the size of the font. the letting is quite large. is there a way to make the font size smaller with Adobe Acrobat DC?

This is when the user is just using a form created by someone else. let me try right-clicking on the form to see if that works. I will revert back soon. thank you!
