Feedback on Chargebee

We would like to ask for user feedback on a Billing Software Provider - Chargebee. We're looking for a solution to assist with Subscription Billing. The functionality of the software is important, but equally important is satisfaction with their support regarding any issues, questions, etc. I.E. Are they difficult to get on the phone?

Thank you. We have been waiting all week for a Chargebee online demo today. They were a no-show. Perhaps they had technical difficulties, which anybody in sales can relate to, but we have yet to hear from them.
