Wipe the drive. &nbsp;You have no idea what was done unless you were watching what they did (and can be certain they didn't install something that could silently send files), you can't trust anything that says the machine is clean.<br><br>If you need the data, remove the drive, scan it off line, back it up/recover your data, then wipe or install a new drive and reload.

To counter, setup the user with two accounts once the OS is reinstalled, one account that the user normally uses<br />
And an administrative account that would be used to install...<br />
the user than needs to be shown that he should provide administartive login for application installation only when they are initiating the install. &nbsp;If they did not initiate an install,and the install is not an Oracle Java, Gogle Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, they should not provide administrative credentials.<br />
