What method did you use to import?<br />
Depending on the quantity I would even do it manually copying items from one folder (located on the PST) to another (located on the Cloud).

I created a PST, manually copied each folder into the pst file in Outlook.<br />
<br />
Then I opened said pst under the new Outlook profile where the new Office 365 account was configured and manually copied each folder into the new mailbox.
