Emails are ending in junkbox

Hi alll

Autometic emails raised by one internal mailbox have been ending up in junkbox since Monday. These emails are delivered through distribution list. I want to add this mailbox address in the exchange admin center, - protection -spam filter-allow list- always deliver email from the following senders to the inbox.
My question is - Would it disturb the rules configured in individual mailbox regarding this particulate mail address

I did create rule in my inbox for already existing email address in span filter allowed list and  it worked fine. I am assuming that  rule configured in individual  mailbox regarding email address in question would take  priority. If no rule is configured then received email will go in inbox.

It might be stupid question but I feel comfortable when I have asked someone who knows more than me

This is happened due to SCL value of that mails.
Analyze the mail headers and check the SCL value.
You can use transport rule to set SCL values as below guidance. Follow up it and check the status once you done the configuration.

I will look into Udara Peiris suggestion but MAS solution work in this time
