After moving a users mailbox to Microsoft o365, they were getting prompted to re-enter their username and password, we followed the instructions to remove the credentials (cached) .. after we did that we keep getting the error

We couldn't sign you in. If this error persists, contact your system administrator and provide error code caa500e4

server message: Fatal error with decripting OAuth response.
