Windows 7 - Constant Reboot Message "Installing Update 1 of 1"

How do I remedy this message from appearing each time I reboot.
1. Did an update successfully install.
2. If yes, how do I get rid of this message?
3. If no, how do I figure out which update is unsuccessfully installing and then successfully complete the process.
ADDITIONAL CLARIFICATION added 4/25/20:

This is happening every day!
when I'm done using my on Monday, I shut my pc down. I get the message "installing one of one"
when I'm done using my on Tuesday, I shut my pc down. I get the message "installing one of one"
when I'm done using my on Wednesday, I shut my pc down. I get the message "installing one of one"
ETC. ETC.
Perhaps this is the constantly re-installing patch???  Or maybe not?

Hello There

Let it complete. It might take some time.
kenfcamp

As mentioned above, let it run as it could take some time to complete

That being said, if this continues for an unreasonable period of time (2 - 3 hrs of constant rebooting  to "Installing update 1 of 1")

A customer had an issue a month ago with their server being stuck in a update reboot loop

The issue was resolved by booting the server into safe mode, logging and letting the server load and then rebooting

is this a standalone pc, or networked?
can you try to boot in safe mode - F8 key ?
