It's not clear whether you hope to sign in with a Microsoft account (as one may do to use windows store apps) or with an app-specific account. What product is thisexactly, the whiteboard app?<br />

I suggest to do an in-place upgrade. Download the win 10 setup ISO file (version 1909), double click it to mount it,then start setup from the mounted drive.
