Windows 10 Whiteboards

I have the whiteboard app installed on my windows 10 pc
Problem:
When I open the app it asked me to signin
When I hit the signin button nothing happens - I do not get the opportunity to signin with an account

Ideas please?

I have tried reinstalling
I have azure ad accounts on my system
I have rebooted the pc

It's not clear whether you hope to sign in with a Microsoft account (as one may do to use windows store apps) or with an app-specific account. What product is thisexactly, the whiteboard app?

If it's from the app store, please sign into windows with a Microsoft account and see if that account may use the app.

It works on all my other pc's when I log in with a local account
In this case, the button just does not do anything at all

The same happens with Office Lens app
When I try to add an account nothing happens - I do not get any option to sign in

Can you post a screenshot of what you see?

Have you tested it with another local account?

I suggest to do an in-place upgrade. Download the win 10 setup ISO file (version 1909), double click it to mount it,then start setup from the mounted drive.

I would test it with another user account first. Then I would try something like reseting the PC.
