I have a customer that has Outlook 2007. Outlook will not display, in its list of contacts, a newly added contact. When I manually add a contact that should be there and attempt to save it a windows pops up with the address that is not visible in the list asking about changes. I tried the inbox repair tool but had no success. I have looked online but find nothing like this.

I haven't tried a new profile, he's not big on change. I was hoping there was something I could do other than that. I guess I'm going to have to try that.
It will be next week before I get to try this. I will report my results then.
