fast/mass way of making laminate pouches clear or A3 size transparent ring binder

Those laminating pouches are cloudy/hazy & only after they have
been rolled through the heated laminator, they'll become clear.

However the laminator is extremely slow & I have a need to make
a thousand or more of these pouches become 'clear': is there a
fast way to do this?  I can put them under flames as flames
will melt them.

Anyone knows of any mass & quick way?  Basking under the sun:
the temperature is not enough.

Alternatively I could buy one of those ring binding transparent
plastics but I'll need A3 size: anyone can point me to an eBay
or Amazon low-cost source, that'll be good.

So far, I've got laminate pouches A3 size at good rate

Just thought if a giant microwave / oven wud help : insert
several pcs in at one go to heat up.

A few links below has alternative ways but I can't open them (error 1020):

After much searching, an iron can do the job;  just hoping the iron won't cause scratches to the surface of the pouches:

>What kind of laminator do you have? Have you thought about buying a newer one that laminates faster?
I currently hv  a  'LapLam" which never get stuck but it took almost 50secs to roll over one A4 size:
letter size cud go thru as well but not A3.

Yes, I'll need A3 size.

The "Con-Tact" paper is almost there: just that it needs to be hard/firm.

Ironing works, just need to place a slim trace paper over it so that the iron
doesn't scratch the pouch being ironed: still an already clear/transparent
material is best,  save me the effort/time/electricity to iron it

I'll also need a puncher like the above but with handle like those
usual office 2 hole puncher that once you press in between the
gap of the puncher, it'll create a 2-3mm by 10-15mm.  The one
in above Lazada link is rather difficult for an autist to use as
he needs to hammer it down against a wooden surface & the
autist lacks the motor skills to use the above while a 1-hole
puncher that once he presses it down, it's done neatly.

just tested out ironing one pouch, half of it with paper layered to
protect against scratches & half with bare iron surface on it:  no
joy at all, full of huge bubbles (though the pouch turned clear).

Need the pouch to be crystal clear, sofar, only the laminator
meets this.  I've tried with low heat & increase to medium heat
on the iron but still getting lots of bubbles: hmm the person
who posted this 'ironing' method must have got it right as the
amount of big bubbles is so much & big tt renders it unusable
