SQL cursor declaration

Hi experts,,
During some maintenance to SQLRPG software, I found some SQL constructions.
The manuals are not clear about it (or i dont understand it.)

eg:
declare  myCur Insensitive cursor for .....
What is "Insensitive" doing here?

declare MyCur scroll cursor for
What is "scroll " doing here?

I mean, why did I never missed this and what and what is the difference with a "simple/normal" cursor
