Cannot scan-to-desktop since rolling out new Server 2019 server

I upgraded from Server 2008R2 to Server 2019 a while back and have had an issue with scan to desktop from a Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE 7200 Series printer since.
I have the same share, exact same as I used robocopy. Credentials are the exact same and credentials. Share tests via mapped drives using credentials.
Is there something in Server 2019 that is blocking access to the the share from the printer?

Do you have SMBv1 enabled on the server? Most printers require v1 instead of v2. To check (and enable) go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows Features on or off. Scroll down to SMB1.

Thanks for your reply Hdhondt,
I probably don't have SMB1 enabled as I didn't make any changes in that regard. I will try that in the morning and post my results. That sounds very logical to me.
I appreciate your input.

Thank you Dr. Klahn,
With this said I may just move the share to a NAS and get it off of a domain server.
I appreciate this insight !
