how can I post an animated birthday card on someone's Facebook timeline?

Hello and Good Afternoon Everyone,
I wish to extend a special Happy Birthday Wish on Facebook for someone very special. I want to shift from using simple dull text greetings to something more alive and animated, like an animated birthday card. However, I am unsure where to go to get an animated birthday card which can be posted to a friend's timeline in addition to the steps for carrying this out. Basically, I am starting out at ground zero here and needing someone to guide me step by step for posting an animated birthday card to a friend's timeline on Facebook.
In closing, if someone can help me accomplish this personal goal, it will be greatly appreciated.
