Installing WDS/MDT on a Windows Server 2019.<br />

I've downloaded the ADK 1903 but when I run it it fails with the following<br />
<br />
Setup cannot locate the toolkit documentation-x86_en-us.ms<wbr />i<br />
<br />
This machine is not connected to the internet, i think it will work if the machine is connected to the internet but this is offline install.<br />
<br />
<br />
Any ideas?<br />

Windows Server 2019

Installation is the act of making a computer program program ready for execution.
