Hi Experts,
I have MS Exchange that I use on my Desktop (Office 2010), Laptop (Office 365), iPad and 2 iPhones. Whenever I deleted an email on one device, it was deleted on all.
Lately, when I delete an email on my desktop, I still see that email on the other devices. As well, I see dismissed reminders from my Desktop on my Laptop from months ago.
My Desktop is my primary computer, but the Laptop should synch once everything is downloaded when Outlook is online.
What do I do?

What is the version of Exchange server?
What is the size of your mailbox?
Most likely it caused by the massive size of the mailbox
Is this happening to all users or only few users?
Is this happening to users in a particular database?
